Gal Cohen is the owner of Cohen Development Group. Gal has established his reputation on Maui as a creative and knowledgeable real estate developer.  His abilities to identify rare investment opportunities and to design and build out unique spec homes has enabled him to quickly expand his portfolio across the island. From oceanfront residential homes to commercial vacation rentals and a luxury retreat center, Gal has mastered the art of modern and contemporary design and construction that compliments the existing environment. All projects are completed using in-house contractors and construction equipment enabling affordable bids and project completion in shorter timelines. The company is privately owned and operates out of Kihei on the island of Maui.
